چکیده

Pesticide xenobiotics have a great impact on bio argumentation, bio-magnification, and environment degradation regardless of being adopted by green revolution technologies. Bioremediation is widely accepted because it’s cheap, practical at the same time environmentally friendly. advocates indigenous microbes use to degrade pesticides, therefore study has been performed show prospects degrading microorganisms. The isolated from different agro ecological zones assess their capacity utilize some pesticide as sole carbon source complimented presence laccase gene. Biochemical test genetic characterization using 16S rDNA genes were used in identification. Diversified species strains genus Enterobacter, Klebsiella, Pseudomonas, Pantoea Leclercia, found cypermethrin acetochlor but no microbe was dimethoate. adds new strain involved also that can both. puts proposition pest infestation fields result abundance xenobiotic due natural selection pressure not resistance pest.

Isolation and molecular characterization of lambda cyhalothrin pesticide degrading organisms

Soil samples contaminated with pesticides were collected from agricultural fields in and around Pudukkottai district, TamilNadu. Samples were inoculated into mineral salts medium with Lambda cyhalothrin as the sole source of carbon and incubated for 12 days. Intermittent addition of pesticide was carried out for enrichment of cultures. Bacteria capable of degrading lambda cyhalothrin were isola...

Comparative nutrient composition of selected wild edible mushrooms from two agro-ecological zones, Uganda

In Uganda, wild mushrooms are mainly collected during the rainy season and valued as a traditionally nutritious food by the rural poor. However, their nutritional attributes have not been adequately studied and documented. Comparative nutrient composition of five wild edible mushroom species was determined, namely: P. tenucuilus, T. tyleranus, T. clypeatus, V. speciosa and T. microcarpus of sub...
